1. U.S. Passport, passport card, or other travel documents authorized by the Department of Homeland Security to re-enter the United States (effective June 2009).
2. Beach towels, swim suit, boogie board, shade canopy & sunscreen, bath towels
3. Paper plates, cups, bowls, napkins & utensils if you don’t want to do dishes, laundry soap
4. Snorkel and Mask, water socks, or an old pair of tennis shoes to explore tide pools or the Estuary
5. DVD’s or Videos that you may want to watch.
6. We have plenty of pillows and 2 sleeping pads but you can bring pillowcases, blankets or sleeping bags for floor sleepers.
7. Clothes and Personal Care Items such as soap shampoo & conditioner, etc.
8. Don’t forget the required Auto insurance while traveling in Mexico
9. A camara with lots of film or available memory! (This tends to be the number one thing that people regret not bringing more of.)

There are a lot of good restaurants in Rocky Point. There is an abundance of shrimp and fresh seafood at reasonable prices. You may want to plan your meals around it. You will also be able to purchase tamales, burritos and tortillas from beach vendors on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Don't forget to go to CEDO (Center for Desert and Ocean Studies) for a tour (Tuesday 2pm and Saturday 4pm) 382-0113 and the Cet-Mar Aquarium (Mon-Fri 10am-3pm and Sat-Sun 10am-6pm) 382-0010.
