Amenities

• 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with 3000 sq. ft. of living area built in 1999
• Sleeps up to 14 in beds & one futon.  Pillow-top mattresses. Maximum 20 with children.  
• One king bed is located in each of the two bedrooms upstairs. 
• Downstairs has two bedroom, #1 has a queen and full bed and #2 has a queen and futon.  Two twin beds are located in the game room downstairs.
• All the linens are included for the beds and futon.
• Great room 25 x 35’ w/ tables/chairs to seat fourteen plus a 10 foot breakfast bar that seats 5, entertainment center w/ TV, Dish Network, VCR, DVD player, videos & lots of games.
• Downstairs great room w/ pool table, toys, TV w/ DVD, VCR player-great place for the kids
• Fully equipped Kitchen with all dishes, silverware, pan sets, Pyrex serving dishes, baking pans, crock pot, electric skillet, waffle iron, food processor, blender, toaster/oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, glass top oven/range and refrigerator.
• This is a non-smoking house and please no pets!
• Air Conditioning and Heat on each level, 8 ceiling fans thru-out.
• A five gallon bottle of water is available for your use. Refills may be obtained for 90 cents.
• Ramada & Palapa and 900 sq ft of Patios in front & back & on lower levels w/ patio furniture.  Exterior tiled shower, Gas bar-b-que grill, walled yard.
• All bed linens & kitchen towels are provided. Bring bath towels & beach towels
• 8 Floor mats (for children and young adults).  Be sure to bring pillowcases, sleeping bags. Some blankets for the floor sleepers are available.
• Paper towels 1/day, toilet paper1/day/bath & garbage bags, are included.

Main Level rooms plus kitchen and great room:
Bedroom 1: (14' X 15'): King bed, private bathroom
Bedroom 2: (10’ x 13’): King bed, shared bathroom
Upper Level Rooms: 8 sleeping mats for the kids.
Great room with pool table family room & 2 twin beds to sleep on.                    Bedroom 3: (13’ x 14’): 2 Queen beds, shared bathroom
Bedroom 4: (13’ x 14’) Queen bed & one Queen futon, shared bathroom.
